Fish School Stewardship Program Community & School-based Activities Ideas for Teacher Presentations |
Back to Community & School-based Activities Fish Project at Kilmer Elementary School We are working with Holy Cross and with Bateman to have a parent expo of our fish Project at Kilmer at the end of May. We feel that Kilmer would be a good place to share this information because of our close distance to the lake. This information is really needed by our Kilmer parents to understand the dangers of eating too much fish from Lake Michigan. We will be hopefully applying for the Toyota Grant next year to be able to continue to work on this project. Our goal is to make a film in Spanish that the parents can understand. We plan to work out a time next year to present at the Peggy Notebaert Museum.
