Ethan Chitty is the Senior Administrative and Layout Assistant with Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant (IISG) at Purdue University. He supports annual reporting, the daily operations of the administrative offices, helps with planning and coordination of Sea Grant events, manages the products and publications archiving database, and serves as a designer and editor on the communications team.

Before coming to IISG, Ethan worked in several business offices with Purdue University, the Frederick Douglass Papers and Santayana Edition Project at IUPUI, and the Indiana Historical Society Press. He holds a BA in political science and history from Purdue and an MA in history from IUPUI’s Public History Program. He is a graduate of IUPUI’s Professional Editing program.
