As the assistant director for IISG, Lisa is responsible for planning, management, and administration of the program. Lisa serves as a point of contact for program issues and daily operations of the program. Specific responsibilities include:
Lisa also holds an appointment as assistance director and research coordinator for the Illinois Water Resources Center
Lisa has been recognized for program management nationally through the "National Partnership of Reinventing Government" a Clinton administration program designed to recognized federally funded programs that strive to build government that works better and costs less.
Prior to joining IISG, Lisa served as the executive director of the Great Lakes Regional Pollution Prevention Roundtable and the national coordinator for the Pollution Prevention Resources Exchange. Lisa holds a B. S. in Environmental Science from Washington State University and an M.U.P. in Environmental Planning from the University of Illinois. Lisa has also completed coursework towards a PhD in environmental planning.
